Return Policies
In the rare case you receive a damaged, not-as-described or defective product, please call us and Whatsapp us the details including any photos and video on our Customer Support number . We will arrange a pickup at our cost, repair or replace the product and ship it back. In case replacement is also not possible, we will refund the full amount. In case repair or replacement is possible but you choose refund, then we will refund as per our buyback rate of a fully working product published on our website. Once we refund, it takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your bank. But to process your claim for a damaged or defective product, we require that you take a clear, uninterrupted video while opening the package.

We accept returns within 7 days of the sale of the product assuming the product, box and accessories are in the same condition as it was sent.
If the return is for no-fault of The Caveman Ziro (you find the screen size too big, you don't like the colour, you don't accept the courier package, etc.), then a nominal restocking fee applies. This fee varies by item and ranges from 5% - 15% of the product value. In the rare case the return is because of a damaged, not-as-described or defective product, please see our Warranty policy above.
